Michelle & her team at The Zen Den Belton has been a life saver for me in the last year of dealing with grief, after my husband suddenly died
I’d highly recommend if you are stressed, overwhelmed, stuck & struggling to sleep or have experienced a life changing event ❤️

I’ve been working with Michelle at The Zen Den for the past few months, attending both 1-to-1 and group sessions, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough.

I originally came into this with an understanding of mental resilience that was largely based around pushing through barriers, training harder, staying disciplined and learning to keep going when things get difficult. Working with Michelle has helped me realise that there’s a much deeper side to resilience.

She’s helped me better understand my ADHD, become more aware of my nervous system and recognise what’s actually happening internally rather than constantly fighting against it. I’ve learned about the power of breath, how to find calm amongst the chaos, and explored energy work and releasing things I didn’t even realise I was holding onto.

What I really value about Michelle is the environment she creates. There’s no judgement or pressure. She gives you the space to explore things for yourself while guiding and supporting you along the way. The 1-to-1 sessions have allowed me to go deeper, while the group sessions have brought a completely different but equally valuable experience.

I’ve spent years understanding what it means to train and strengthen the body. My time at The Zen Den has made me realise just how important it is to train and understand the mind as well.

I’m still very much at the beginning of that journey, but the change in my outlook has been huge. For the first time in my life, I can genuinely say I’m excited about what the future holds for me.

Thank you, Michelle, for everything so far. 🙏
